At SKY by Gramophone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium audio and home cinema equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
